• HOW TO ORDER BY CREDIT OR CHARGE CARD

  Ordering Online from 2Checkout.com should be an easy and enjoyable experience. Your Personal Information including your Credit Card Number will be transmitted through a 128-Bit Encrypted Secure Socket Layer interface directly to the Processing and Verifications Entities. 2. Enter the quantity you would like to order and click on the "Buy Now" button.

3. An "https" screen (a Secure Shopping Cart Screen) will appear. You can choose to:-

Then click the "Next" button.

9. Now, enter your Credit Card Number and the "CVV Code" - the 3 or 4 digits number at the back of your credit card.

10. Review the Order Details that you have provided. Then confirmed your order. A 'Thank You' screen will appear and an email will be sent to you with an order confirmation.

  For Customers residing in Malaysia, we do have other methods of payment.
  1) Maybank Bank-In into our Bank Account using Maybank Automated Deposit Machine in Malaysia.

• IMPORT DUTY AND SALES TAXES

You will need to pay the Import Duty and/or Sales Taxes, if any, as determined by your countrie's Customs Authority. You will be contacted by our Shipping Agent should the need arise.

We use 2 Express Service Providers to deliver your order:-

1) POSLAJU (Malaysia Express Delivery Service)
2) Federal Express (FEDEX).

We would ship-out your order the next business day from the day of purchase (subject to product availabity). We would contact you the soonest possible, should the products you are ordering are out of stock. (Note: This rarely happened. It is mainly due to bulk or really large quantity orders). We will directly inform you the estimated period the product would be ready for shipment.

We ship only to legitimate mailing (residential or business) addresses.

We do not ship to P.O. Box or other unofficial addresses.

Please ensure that you provide legitimate mailing address, email address and Telephone Number everytime you place an order with us.

Please also confirm that your contact number and email address are current and reachable (in the Secured Shopping Cart Ordering Screen) in case we do need to contact you regarding your products purchased.
